The location was unbeatable, to St Mark's Square, with an exceptional view.

The location near to sights in a lovely area was great. The staff were welcoming and courteous hole time of my stay. My room was spotless with a great view, had safe for safety measures.

Great spot, just a quick walk to a fancy opera house. the staff was friendly and helped me with suggestions. 🌟

The location was magnificent, only a short distance to a satellite gallery. the area had a lot of restaurants and great restaurants. - Nicely decorated rooms with a stunning view. - Had an absolutely amazing experience.

The setting was stunning, right by restaurants, shopping and the water taxi and vaporetto station, the main sights and locations, many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and Academia museum. The rooms were all huge and vintage with bed and bathroom...

Convenient location right along the Grand Canal. We could open the window at night and hear the gondolas gliding by beneath us. The staff was excellent and friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast, although simple, was served in the room and offered a nice view of the surrounding area.

Some rooms had a strong smell, possibly due to nearby restaurants. The walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was just perfect - right on the Grand Canal, next to the bridge. It was so convenient to have the Vaporetto stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. One of my favorite things was being able to watch the boats cruising by under the Academia bridge from my window. It was such a unique and beautiful sight. The staff at the hotel were wonderful - they were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The breakfast served in my room was delicious and a great start to my day.

Thank you guys for a wonderful stay for a weekend. The property has an unbeatable and absolutely incredible location, it's close to a ferry port. There is bar Beccafico Bar & Snack, set 300 metres walk away.

Cozy room with a modern touch and a TV 📺. They make some delicious coffee here and the staff is super friendly and attentive. the service is top-notch and it's totally worth it.
