    Exceptional

    值夜班的Albert人非常的好，给了我们很多帮助。酒店古色古香，很有味道。地理位置很好，出行十分方便。酒店早餐非常丰盛，用着全银的器具在房间里吃很有中世纪的感觉，此外还提供免费的矿泉水和饮料。

    我们订的是三人间带浴室，但是一去被告知booking的预订与他们的记录有出入，前两晚只给了我们不带浴室的三人间，最后一晚虽然调到了一个大房间带浴室，但整体的价格并没有任何折扣，让人有些不快。

    Utsikten över Canal grande. Läget i Venedig och det mysiga hotellet med litet mysigt rum som var svalt fast vi hade över 30 gr värme.

    Inget. Möjligtvis att frukosten var lite torftig utan skinka och ost.
